I recently had hardwood floors installed throughout my house by Epic Flooring, and am so pleased with the results. I love them more every day. The installers were great to work with and very helpful educating me on how to care for my new floors. The install time was relatively fast considering they had to work around our household. I am definitely happy with our purchase.

Epic Flooring installed a tile shower, flooring and carpet in our master bath and bedroom. Susan was very knowledgeable about the products, and helped coordinate the selections. She scheduled our job very promptly. We were very pleased with all contractors that came into our home. They were prompt, and cared about the quality of work. We had Epic Flooring remodel our bathroom and kitchen area, including our blacksplash and it came out absolutely fabulous!! Literally from the very first phone call to the last day of the project, Susan was a pleasure to work with and really knows her stuff. You can tell she has been doing this for a long time. Thank you!! Thank you!! Thank you!! I can't adequately express how much my husband and I appreciate the updates you did to our house.

When we decided it was time to do some updating to our home, I was apprehensive. I knew I could not make the decisions alone, and did not want to do the coordination needed to change all the floors in our house, and update the kitchen. When I met with Susan the first time, I knew my worries were over.

I explained what we wanted to do--adding new wood, tile, and carpeting to our house and adding granite in the kitchen. Since I had an idea what I wanted with the wood, Susan started there. She helped me in selecting tile and granite that would go with the wood. I had a budget for this renovation, and Susan managed to stay within it.

Susan had the contractors in and out of our house in a timely fashion. Each worker who came was an expert in their area, and extremely delightful to work with. They always left the area neat and clean when they left each day. They would explain any issue that might come up so we could make a good decision.

One of the things Susan suggested, was to cut down the bar in the kitchen and have a level granite working surface. Great suggestion!!! I looked at the new houses being built, and this was the look in all of them. We now have an updated kitchen with granite and backsplash like the new houses.

From start to finish, Susan and her group were there to make this renovation exciting and a delight.

I would recommend Epic Flooring, and Susan, to anyone wanting to do renovations to their home. I know if we need any additional updates, this is where I am going.

Epic Flooring is the BEST, and ONLY place to go for any home renovation needs. Susan is not only the heart of this company, but also give her full heart to each and every job she does. She is always fully present, always fully available to any needs of the client, and always gives you all the information upfront, as to help the client make fully informed decisions. Three years ago, we purchased a home in Boerne. At the time, my children were 11, 9, 7, 5, 3, and 8months old. Our home was in MAJOR need of renovation!! Since my husband was still working in San Antonio, I was responsible for many of these decisions. Susan was an absolute angel!! She came in and helped me totally renovate three bathrooms, all of which included new countertops, building a shower and tub, new tile, raising ceilings, and replacing toilets. She also re-carpeted the second floor of our home and brought someone in to trim some pillars upstairs. What seemed like a huge road block to me, was turned into a seamless process. With all the kids on tow, Susan helped me pick out carpets, granite, sinks, tubs, etc. She took care of contacting all of the people who she would need to come and complete the jobs, and even checked up on their progress!! I did not have to do anything but unpack and tend to the children. One year later, Susan did laminate flooring in the entire first floor of our home. Her impeccable standards had not changed. Once again, the people she brought in our home were kind, compassionate, efficient, capable, and honest. This year, we returned once again, to redo our kitchen. Susan is not only the only person we turn to with our home renovations, she is also a friend, and part of our story in this home. I think of her kindness and heart to help families everyday when I look around our home. THANK YOU SUSAN!! WE LOVE YOU!!

Gilbert and I wanted to thank you for the work you and your contractors performed in the remodel of our master bathroom. It has been transformed from a nice, but bland, space to a beautiful and elegant one that we can truly enjoy. We are grateful to the valuable advice you gave us early on, which saved us tremendously on the costs. Advice that not many businesses would have provided. In addition, we were impressed in the timeliness in which the job was completed, and in the professionalism of everyone who worked on our project.
